Start with a free gap check on your own supplier files. When you want the result checked by a person and the missing data requested from your suppliers, there are two fixed-price options.
Diagnosis
EUR 900
excl. VAT, fixed price
Send up to five of your supplier files. You receive:
- a gap report against the 71 data points, for your battery category
- the list of what to request from each supplier
- an evidence pack for one product
Every extracted value is checked by a person before delivery.
Pilot
EUR 3,500
excl. VAT, one month, one to three products
The same deliverables, and we also:
- send the supplier requests together with you
- process one round of supplier replies
- update the gap report and evidence pack after that round

What this is, and what it is not
- It is a draft assessment against the European Commission's guidance Digital Batteries Passport: data points by category, version 2.0 dated 15 August 2026. Our mapping of that guidance has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.
- It is not legal advice, not a conformity assessment and not a battery passport.
- Your files are used only to prepare your deliverables and are deleted after delivery, unless you ask us in writing to keep them.
Prices exclude VAT. The scope is confirmed in writing before you send any files.
Self-service subscriptions are not open yet. They follow once the first customers have used the service.
